I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned and they smelled like urine. The SafeAir Duct technicians did a great job of cleaning the ducts in the slab and the two air returns in the ceiling. After the cleaning, they fogged with an antimicrobial which put the final touch on eradicating the urine smell. It has been one week since our cleaning and all still smells good. To be more precise, the ducts smell like 'nothing' (no fragrance), which is way better than smelling like urine. I liked that they gave us a 90 day guarantee as well. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and clean! I highly recommend them! read less

Colin & Louis were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our home is an older home and had alot of construction debris, it was amazing all the stuff they got out. We just had new flooring put in and they protected them. The whole process from beginning to end was amazing, they went above and beyond my expectations!
